Products

– Near to Prime products result from deviations in TDS parameters during production. As a result of these differences (in Mooney Viscosity, Volatile Matter, Ash Content, and Organic Acids Content parameters), they are classified as Near to Prime quality, which is one grade below Prime quality.

Description

SSBR Solution Styrene Butadiene Rubber

– We serve our customers with Prime and Near-to-Prime quality using products from our brands Lanxess, Versalis, Trinseo, Asahi Kasei, and Sibur.
– The difference from ESBR is that it is solution-based.
– Available in original 30 and 35 kg packs.
– Abrasion resistance is better than natural rubber.
– It has good ozone and atmospheric resistance.
– SBR is a copolymer of styrene and butadiene, and it is the most widely produced synthetic rubber.
– It is similar to natural rubber, but has better ageing and temperature resistance.
– It has a lower elasticity compared to natural rubber.
Mixing with SBR rubber is prepared in a shorter time and more easily compared to natural rubber.
– Near to Prime products result from deviations in TDS parameters during production. As a result of these differences (in Mooney Viscosity, Volatile Matter, Ash Content, and Organic Acids Content parameters), they are classified as Near to Prime quality, which is one grade below Prime quality.
– In terms of price, it is at more advantageous levels compared to Prime quality products. It balances manufacturers' costs and increases their competitiveness. It has its own unique data sheets. The packaging format is in 30 – 35 kg bales.
